Minimum orders

We have a minimum order policy of 10 pieces for flat embroidery like polos, jackets etc and 12 for baseball caps.  You can vary your product to make up the order, ie your order can be made up of polos, jackets, jumpers beanie as long as the total comes to 10 or more pieces.

How do I place my order?

Have a  browse on our website, this will give a good idea of what you would like.  If you cannot see what you are looking for please contact our sales team for more help.  You can then add the product to the quote basket or  contact us through our Contact us page, A  dedicated sales person will be in touch with your to offer advise, final pricing and  lead times etc. We have a comprehensive range of products available to us that are not all on our website as the range is too large.  

How long will my order take ?

Once an order is confirmed and paid for production time is  10 working days.  If you need an order sooner than this time line then please advise our sales staff when making your order to see if they can accommodate a shorter lead time..

Shipping and Deliveries

We use DPD  tracked next day delivery service for all of our deliveries.  Some more local customers call to collect orders and this is OK once you have phoned ahead to let us know that you will be doing so. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our products are made specifically to your requirements, and in line with Distance Selling Regulations. So the personalised items and special orders will not be eligible for refund. Unpersonalised items can be returned for a refund or exchange at our discretion. See next question for details.

We must inform you that returned goods will not be accepted unless they are clean and dry. This is due to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2005. Any items returned to us in this state will be returned at your cost for cleaning before any further action can be taken.

Where we receive an item back that is in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund. You will then either be contacted via e-mail or telephone informing you of this event.

SET UP CHARGES EXPLAINED

For all initial orders a print or embroidery file has to be created.  Our costs are as follows.  Embroidery front logo €20 plus vat.  Embroidery back logo €30 plus vat. Large embroideries that have a lot of design work will be quoted on an individual basis and you will be advised before we proceed with any order. Print set up charges are €20+ depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of time to create the artwork.  We will give you a quote on this prior to making a decision.  For basic text print there is no charge. These are one off charges  – once your artwork does not change it can be reused on all future orders.

PRICES AND PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDER

All prices on our website are ex vat.  Current VAT rate is 23%.  For any vat registered companies this can be offset against your vat returns.   Once an order is confirmed we will need payment to proceed with the order.  This can be done via Bank Transfer or paypal if you wish to use your credit card. Our bank details will be emailed to you by our sales team.

There are two types of images, vector images and rastor images. Rastor images are like a photo taken with a camera, when they are zoomed in on they loose clarity and get blurry. So the larger you make them the blurrier they get.  A vector image on the other hand is computer generated and  is made up of points, lines and curves, this means that  no matter how close you zoom in on these images, the lines, curves, and points remain smooth.  These images are scalable images and there is not limit to the size they can be made. You see them every day on billbords, shops, lorries etc and you probably don’t even realise it. Most logos are vector files. If you are not sure please send us the file formats that you do have and we will advise you further.

Embroidery Artwork Requirements

Vector format is preferable but once an image is relatively clear we can work with this. You can send us a JPEG or png. file also.  Once the logo is received we send it for digitizing – this is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment. There is a cost to this and it is usually €20 plus vat.  Larger orders get free digitizing – over €500 nett of Vat.

Print Artwork Requirements

The best format is vector (see above for explanation) which can be created through programmes like Illustrator or Coreldraw. But if you can’t achieve this, send us a high quality file in any of these formats: Ai, eps, svg, cdr, png, pdf.  Your logo may have to be  redrawn.  There is a charge for this, which depends on the complexity of the design.  We will advise you of this cost prior to you finalising your order.
