Keep your customers informed, give them them the option to follow you on social media to be the first to know about new product offerings, but be sure to give something back. Post regular offers and competitions that are exclusive to your followers.
Ask For Feedback
Regularly request feedback so that you are on top of what your customer likes and dislikes about your product or service. This way you can make the necessary changes to improve your offering and your customers will be chuffed that you actually listen to them.
Say Thank You
And most important of all say “Thank You!” Christmas is a good time to thank your customers, why not send them a card or better still a gift such as a hamper branded hampers are great as you can give a gift while at the same time promote your business
